The Owl 05:34
light I'm falling fading fast super delight where are you now who am i right now i'm changing from the inside the bees are silent here and i'm not too sure i believe in me we'll see light will come into into the sun heroes are few everybody's scared cleaning out this tube blood just ain't no use speaking under the blue shouting out no one can here you the owl's back to face you're walking dead the cows just take your place lost your way light will come into into the sun
Music and lyrics by Mishal Moore, Richard Cortez Performed by Mishal Moore, Richard Cortez
The Band 02:44
darling i'm on my way you said you'd meet me at the train mocking birds are singing oh can we love in this refrain i love you but there's a whole lot of world out there and i love it too i'm a know good man no heart is safe in my hands but i can't get away from you no matter how hard i try i still want you oh i don't want to be away from you the coyote howls at the moon i can't get enough of you but i'm just know good for you for you
The Daughter 02:26
gather my foolish ways can't catch breath my chest concave these aching souls are barking the wind reveals a different shape his wheels roll by so fast if these parts don't catch up it will not last wake up you lonely heart my agony it bleeds i like his fingers i like the guitar he plays i'm his slave but that's okay darling i'm on my way you said you'd meet at the train the mocking birds are singing oh can we love in this refrain it's better that we stay forever and always
low heartbeat mighty river i'll be the animal call me a killer i'll break it down and then sink my teeth in hungry for the hunt and i won't waste my time i'm feeding oh burning sun show me no mercy had me a heart attack in albuquerque ain't got a dime to spare i ain't got no one love 'em then i leave 'em stick my keys in the ignition (revve it up) hard road (good living) bird on a wire play me a melody the carolina's straight on to tennessee i'm waiting for a ride i'll wait forever nevermind i'll take a boat and watch me sail the mighty river hard road (good living)
you may not know it might seem strange i'm a very emotional woman in a moment it can all change i may seem light and breezy but inside i'm in pain put on lipstick don't complain a cest la vie everyday woman but oh my sorrow burns like flame you'll never see me cry cause i'm off to the races but one thing remains love is a fair weather friend my darling i don't need roses don't need a ring only you make me feel like i'm losing my mind only you
